Rental & Fleet) and Manufacturers, SOAR delivers a simple to complete and logical walk around appraisal process for any type of trade-in vehicle including the ability to record damage by photograph. As with SOAR_inspection, appraisals can be adapted by Client and vehicle type through to individual vehicles. Even at its entry level, the SOAR_appraisal package includes both a passenger and light commercial vehicle questionnaire: recognising the distinct nature of the appraisal required.
Sales Managers, Dealer Principals or Used Vehicle Manager can immediately assess appraisals, verify or amend estimated valuations and reconditioning costs to get deals done quicker with maximised profitability. It eliminates the costly man-hours lost in the manual transfer of paper based to a dealer management or CRM system.
Within dealer groups, appraisals can be shared, meaning that multiple dealers in the group have a consistent appraisal and additional funds are not committed to a deal for a sale they would already get in another one of their outlets; currently a key area of lost profit.
An invaluable feature sees all appraisals archived and easily accessible for review. This is especially useful where accurate reviewing and reassessment of appraisals conducted (earlier in the month) can assist in closing those last few sales to achieve targets.
